General Delivery Information
We endeavour to deliver next day but do not guarantee next day delivery. RGBuk does not take any responsibility for delays outside of its control. Delays caused by the courier or adverse weather conditions could have an effect on your delivery. Once your shipment has been picked and dispatched, it is the courier’s responsibility to deliver the item in a timely manner.
Please ensure that you report any damaged items on arrival. Please sign for the parcel as ‘Damaged’ and report to RGB as soon as possible to allow us to take remedial action. Any reports of damage after 24 hours after delivery cannot be resolved.
We aim to keep our stock levels correct on the website but sometimes products may become out of stock. If your order is placed and the item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible when the item will be back in stock and your order options available to you.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a delivery where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
Consumables, Media & Accessories
Our standard next day courier delivery is charged at £10+VAT excluding printers.
Some products have FREE delivery — this will be shown on the product page and applied automatically at checkout. Please check each product description for details.
Ezee Stretch Frames and Blocks
The delivery charge for Frames and Blocks is £15+VAT. This ensures the frame or block is adequately packaged to protect it from damage.
Custom frames can take up to 10 days to produce. Please factor this into your order timescales.
Printer Delivery & Installation Options
We offer three levels of printer delivery. Choose the option that suits your requirements at checkout.
Pallet Delivery
- Pallet dropped to front of address — no unpacking or placement
- Some printers require 3–4 people to move
- Delivery attempted 9am–6pm, no timed slot available
- Someone must be available to sign; re-delivery may incur a charge
- Additional items may arrive in a separate courier delivery
Pallet + Remote Install
Once you have received, unboxed and set up your printer, a certified engineer will arrange a remote installation including:
- Driver installation
- Software setup
- Test print to confirm the printer works
- Up to 1hr service
Engineer Assisted + Training
Recommended for any printer 24″ and above. A certified engineer will hand-deliver, unpack, place & build the machine. We will download & install drivers and provide basic training.
Disposal of your old machine can be included. Please contact us before placing your order.
