Damages – Full refunds will be made by RGBuk for items lost or damaged in transit. You should keep all packaging and/or artwork as found and notify us with evidence/photos within 24 hours of the item arriving in damaged condition to be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund or credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
