Returns & Refund Policy

Under the distance selling regulations, you may return goods for a refund or account credit subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Return Window

Inform us within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a return. Goods must be in re-sealeable condition and in their original packaging.

Damaged in Transit

Full refunds are made for items lost or damaged in transit. You must notify us within 24 hours of arrival with evidence and photos.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Email sales@rgbuk.com to arrange an exchange for the same item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You inform us within 30 days of receipt of the product(s)
  • You pay the return delivery charges
  • Goods are returned in a re-sealeable condition and in their original packaging
  • There may be a re-stocking fee charged depending on the item
  • Second hand / ex demo products are only eligible for a refund, credit or exchange at RGB’s discretion

Refunds & Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund or credit will be processed and applied to your account or original payment method within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company — posting can take time
  • Contact your bank — processing time may apply
  • If still unresolved, email sales@rgbuk.com

Return Shipping

Return to: Alien House, High Street, Lane End, HP14 3JE, United Kingdom

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For items over £75, use a traceable shipping service or purchase insurance
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
