The Graphtec FCX4000 Series is a compact flat bed cutting plotter designed for small to medium print-on-demand environments. It uses a silent electrostatic hold-down system to keep media securely in place and supports two plotter widths – 50 cm and 60 cm – to handle projects ranging from prototypes to short-run packaging. Driven by a digital servo motor, the FCX4000 delivers cutting speeds up to 750 mm/s and cutting forces up to 600 gf, making it ideal for creasing, scoring and die-cutting a wide variety of materials.

This intuitive cutter is equipped with a 3.7-inch LCD control panel and dual tool holders, allowing operators to perform cutting and creasing in a single pass. Its offline USB/Barcode functionality means jobs can be loaded from a flash drive without a computer connection, and Graphtec’s advanced ARMS 6.0 registration system ensures accurate contour cutting of printed graphics. Two mountable tools with 2 MB buffer memory enable complex designs to be processed smoothly, while support for software such as Cutting Master 4, Graphtec Pro Studio and Graphtec Studio for Mac delivers a seamless workflow from popular design applications.
