Canon’s large format printers deliver larger than life prints from your digital images, and while not everyone has the space for a printer capable or printing A2 or larger, it’s always great to see your best work printed large.

Canon UK is teaming up with Orchard Studio in Hurst near Reading for a special open day aimed at photographers and print workers to celebrate the new Orchard Studio facility. Orchard Studio is a new professional workflow suite created by Canon large format print accredited partner RGB UK.

RGB UK are experts in providing hardware and value-added finishing and framing solutions to photographers and commercial printers. Orchard Studio has been designed to make it painless and profitable for photographers to start creating and selling their own printed output including canvas wraps, acrylic mounts and photographic & fine art prints. This open day is your chance to see a great example of Canon professional workflow in the UK; from studio capture on EOS equipment to fine art and photographic output on the imagePROGRAF large format printers.

This is not just for those interested in printers, the Orchard Studio facilities include an infinity wall studio with Elinchrom lighting, editing suite, kitchen and private walled garden area. On this special opening day there will be representatives from Canon UK, Eizo displays and The Flash Centre available to answer any studio workflow questions you may have. There will be a model in the studio along with examples and demonstrations of large format printing, finishing and framing.

Anyone who registers and attends the event will receive a free A2 photographic print on the day and there will be special offers on Canon large format printers and print media. If you would like to find out more about the event or register contact ben@rgbuk.com.
